Moe's Southwest Grill

We love Moe’s - quick and easy - healthier take away - and kid friendly. Our kids love the cookie and slushie drink included with their meal. They also like to pick what they want in their burrito/quesadilla etc.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brock, Mia, and Jamaury on my first visit to this location, and they made the experience fantastic. They greeted us with warm smiles, worked together to resolve an issue quickly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The gentleman in the back (wish I caught his name) recommended some great sauces that really helped the food shine. I also met King David, who was just as kind and welcoming. The food could use a little more flavor, but the amazing staff and great vibe are what will bring me back!

I worked in customer service before, and I love recognizing people who display excellent customer service when they deserve it. I went in to pick up dinner for myself and my wife and the three employees that worked at this location welcomed me (in the typical Moe’s way), but then we struck up a conversation. On top of delivering great service, these three workers had me laughing by the end of my order. They were extremely positive, humorous, and made what would normally be a mundane interaction very memorable. I asked for their names so I could mention them specifically, so shout out to Brock, Jamaury, and King David (per his request)!

Jamaury was especially kind and patient as my party and I kept changing our minds. He simply smiled and worked hard for us. Our experience was funny and we hope to see him again. At my age it’s encouraging to see such hardworking young men.

The food was amazing! The restaurant has been remodeled and looked so clean and open. There was a new slushie machine with four flavors that could be mixed in that my children loved. The salsas tasted fresh, and everything in the salsa bar was in a nice open layout that was much more accessible than it used to be. The portions were generous, and the flavors were bright, and I was able to taste that everything had been cooked fresh and made to order. The general manager was a young man, whose name I did not catch, but he was very friendly and very helpful as well as the other young woman employee assisting him. I have a Moe’s that is much closer to my house, but I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again. If you haven’t been to this location in a while, I would definitely suggest giving it a try again! If I could rate this 10 stars, I would! I seriously think we’re going back tomorrow :)

This franchise has undergone a management change recently and I'm thrilled. The new manager, Evan, clearly values a friendly and efficient experience. With his brother, Josh, here as well, it's no wonder there's a new, homey feeling when you visit. It honestly feels like a step up from visiting your average chain. Food's still good too. Generous portions and everything. Definitely come through, especially if you haven't been in a minute.

Have not been here in a while. Have to say food was still good. But even better than that was the service. Awesome crew tonight.

Today’s experience was very good. New staff, clean tables, clean floors, friendly staff with better English. Food wonderful!
